• Flexible Design: PeopleHQ is designed to allow you to tailor the system to meet your business requirements. User-defined business rules, wizards and workflow processes guide you through the setup and day-to-day operation of the system.
• Context Sensitivity: The system allows you to navigate through the database intuitively and remembers what you are doing and what you have selected. You can move from page to page on a specific employee/employer (or list of employees/employers) without losing your context. You can also select a page of data and move from employee to employee (or employer to employer).
• Referential/Data Integrity: The system has extensive referential integrity rules to prevent inconsistent or incomplete data entry. If the user attempts to delete a record, the system automatically checks all tables to ensure it is not used elsewhere before allowing the delete request to be processed.
• Effective Dated: PeopleHQ data is effective-dated allowing you to schedule changes proactively, record history and produce accurate analyses at any given point in time (current, future or past).
• Workflow Processing: A powerful workflow rules engine is used in CRM, payroll and other areas of the system to manage and execute modeled business processes.
• Multi-Level Security: Full application and database security is an inherent part of PeopleHQ, controlling user access to every menu option, page, document, and record in the database. Security is driven from the user profile and is implemented seamlessly throughout the system, so users see only what they can access and are not aware of the parts of the system that they cannot access.
